No option to update firmware on DS-2CD2343G0-I via Web UI?
Hi guys, Struggling to find option to update firmware - should be on Config -> System -> Maintenance page but option missing completely. I'm logged in as admin with full r/w options. Welcome any advice... did make me think if I've bought a knock-off HIKVision unit rather than genuine one.- Gadget_Man

Playback of SD card recordings on DS-2CD2343G0-I via Web UI?

Rotating lens on Hikvision IPC-D140 Dome for wall mounting
Hi all, I've got a new IPC-D140 which is to replace a wall mounted analogue camera. Unfortunately it's tricky to mount this one on an overhanging surface, so prefer to mount flat on the wall & rotate the lens.
