I have 3 cameras on 24/7 continuous recording. I'd like to play recorded clips in sync and be able to see video clips of all 3 at the same time. How do I do this on V5? Just upgraded to V4.

I'm using Hikvision 8mp camera, have 12 of installed on a hardwired POE system. All cameras have 10 fps set via Hikvision CMS client software. On BI all but one camera shows around 10 fps except one, which shows on 2.5fps. Have changed setting and reset both POE router and BI, still showing...

I can hear sound just fine when it's running without BI service in console mode only. Once I run as a BI service, then open console, sound is gone. Anyone has any ideas?

Hi, I have BI 4.6.4.6 x64 and a amcrest camera installed. Whenever I press the mic on IOS BI app, it sends mic input on IOS app to BI server on my computer, not to the speaker of the camera. But if I use amcrest app, it works fine. The sound goes to the camera audio output.

had to move the storage location of clips to a different network drive. So I delete the clips on the previous hard drive folder. But I wasn't able to delete the clips in BI. It says these files are protected or something like that.
