If you need a copy of the installation CD I can get it to you. I'm having an issue with "Missing .dll". I found it and installed it. Now I get another error. So I have the software but no answer for the error. It is what it is.

Did you ever get a response? I can't see it on my screen..... but if you right click on the camera screen and select Prioritize selected camera.... and also select Show Camera Names and Show Hidden Cameras... that might resolve it. Best of luck

When I select the STATUS bar, at the top, then select CONNECTIONS.... I notice there are IP addresses logged. It appears that they have connected but did not access my camera. I have been adding their IP addresses to my Firewall to block... but it's a daily thing.... Almost all of them...

Like others... I too have 4 cameras.... but only one ReoLink RLC-422.... the other cameras are get 22 - 24 Frames per second...... however Reo Link camera only gets 1 - 2 Frames per second... any recording becomes start - stop - start - stop...... I can't figure this out.... I'm on the verge...

During a resent post FENDERMAN suggested that I access my camera through the IP address. That issue was resolved (THANKS FENDERMAN).... but it led me back to my original PTZ auto tracking camera. It doesn't quite work the way I want it to.... maybe I should access that, also, VIA the camera's...

The problem is that the camera is a sealed unit so there is no way I can access it. I have tried repeatedly to remove the mask however it stays right where it is. I have also looked through all the tabs in the control program and there is nothing that would let you reset to the factory...

I was hoping that the company would help lead me to the "resets" but instead they gave me a refund. That's OK, because I can still use the camera... it's just weird that I can't remove the Masked area. Even if I delete the software, remove the camera... and reinstall everything. Sigh...

Yes this is the image alert from Cam 3 (Kitchen) - Cam 3 is the short name. Cam1 (PTZ camera Driveway) is Cam 1 So the first image is the Alert from Cam 1 (short name)..... The second image is the Alert from Cam 3 (short name) ...... so I need to change Cam 3 to this....right?
