Hey I have a Lorex nvr also but all my cameras are Lorex for now Am waiting on IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E to order. The way I can access the cameras page is from internet explorer settings page there is small IE logo next to each camera if you click on that it takes me to the internal camera settings.

Hey thanks for the reply’s Mat. What do you think about that angle for a lpr towards that stop sign. And if money was not an issue would the dahua SD49225T-HN 2MP 25x be good for low light lpr. Sorry am not really familiar with low light models.

Am not sure ether am total noob at security cameras am going to have to look into it when I get home I been at work all day.

Haha yeah that guy is something stupid looked right into the camera. Do you think the camera I have there would be capable of lpr it’s a Lorex 4K bullet with 4x zoom I can’t remember the model number right now. And what do you think about that angle where the Lorex 1 is right now?

The plan was to put it up and let it record. And if I have to go back and look at the footage I wana be Abel to see the plate number, Incase of teft or something.

Totally understand, and yes I read on here a little while ago about how sum guys have set up license plate cameras to catch plate numbers, but I failed since the infrared is really bright at night, or maybe it’s my angel, as you can see on the sign in the video “it’s a stops sign”. I have more...

And sorry for the noob question but how would I extract the original video? Because the only other thing I have is the Lorex pc program? I been thinking about to upgrading to blue iris but I dono if it will be compatible.

Yes it was extracted from the Lorex could phone app. Do you think it would be better if I can get the actual clip from the dvr/nvr?
