    I do not have that camera. It's made by Hikvision, model is TandemVu per the OP so I went here to look up the RTSP URL's and advised the OP. The model # you posted should use those URL's as well. Insure your URL syntax is exact with no errors or it won't work with VLC or Blue Iris.

    That was @cmx 's screenshot from post #3, you'd have to ask him. But 554 is the normal default, he may have set his camera different, I don't know.

    If using RTSP with the Reolink doorbell, uncheck " Send RTSP Keep Alives" ( in BI's camera "Settings" => "Video" => "Configuration" tab) and see if that helps with the disconnects.

    If you still get the "plug-in" popup as you did in Jan. of '24, try the Palemoon 32bit browser to see if downloading the plug-in from the camera then allows the API to open a snapshot in the Palemoon browser. Firefox cannot download and execute the plug-in which may be the reason the snapshot...

    I would think that for a 2 sensor camera in BI it would go something like this: Set up 2 cameras in BI, both with same IP but with different URL's to determine the channel and the stream type. This assumes that both sensors (channels) can provide 2 streams, main and sub. One camera setup in BI...

    Specs say the old NVR is ONVIF-compliant. Be sure to enable ONVIF in the camera and create a ONVIF user, use the same username and password for it as the NVR's user/pass and try setup again.

YOU select how you wire the RJ-45 to Spec T-568 A or T-568B and the PSE/PD protocol exchange determines POE Mode A or Mode B...

    Could be a video card issue...any recent changes such as install/remove or driver updates? If not, try disabling HA (hardware Acceleration) in BI and go with H.264 on all cameras.
