I purchased 2 Loryta SD 49225XA-HNR cameras thru Amazon in Feb. Love them. How do I get the new firmware that restores the auto tracking? WHAT A GREAT CAMERA!!!!!!!!

New camera out of the box. IP address is 192.168.1.108 Laptop IP address is 192.168.1. 25 Going thru a tplink router using the Config tool 4.011.0000003.6 I see the camera. I check the box to initialize but it fails every time. I get the orange triangle. Any suggestions?

Thank You for replying. Yes we will have someone manually zooming in on faces so I think the sd49225xa-hnr-2mp-25x-starlight-ir-ptz camera or the SD49225T-HN IP Camera 2MP 25x Starlight IR PTZ camera will do just fine. Both great cameras at a great price.

Thanks for the reply. The camera is going in a very secure area. I am not worried to much about security I am more focused on being able to identify a face or a vehicle for safety reasons. I see one camera says IP in the title and one doesnt. What is the difference?
