power outage

I have a hikvision panovo camera " DS-2DP1636Z-D" ... unfortunately by mistake I have plugged the power of the camera in a 220v outlet... what kind of damage that may occur... is the camera still alive ... by the way.. when I plug in the whole power cut off and the circuit breaker switch turns...
