viewing

I have just started playing around with the Blue Iris Evaluation Version. I think so far that it is very user friendly, but I am having one issue. I set it up to view multiple cameras and the viewing is not in real time. The images are all stills and the only way I can get them to show updates...

It would seem almost any PC today can handle many IP cameras to simply store video. I have discovered that live viewing of cameras is a real strain. I want to build a system that can have live view of about 6 channels, playback video (about 4 channels), and record (11 or so channels). I know...
