She found the camera in a changing room that was later found outside in 15 minutes, after she moved out. So she couldnt do a valid complaint.

This is simple... You call the cops.

Trying to address matters yourself only make you an accessory after the fact or make it so criminal charges could be filed against you. No use committing a crime in order to fight a crime that was already committed.

Only reason not to involve authorities in this case is if you are the guilty party.

Involving cops is not simple especially for a girl here. Anyways, she already complained it to the manager and brought her parents. The manager assured nothing was wrong. She was afraid so asked for my help.

I will see what I can do if conclusion for 'guilty party' has already been made here. People judging a victim is the last thing I expected. Thank You.

She obviously told her parents and spoke to the manager of the location so it is not an issue of coming forward that scares her because she has already done that.

Voyerism is a serious crime and the authorities should be contacted - if you want to continue to play games and lie on this forum good luck, but you are not going to find help here with your shady situation/newly created help email, etc.

And NO WHERE has someone judged a victim here - not sure where you get off saying that. You basically come here and ask for help accessing a secure system without authorization "hacking" and then get upset when people tell you to contact law enforcement.... yea, okay....
