1619 Project
Trump warns schools teaching 1619 Project 'will not be funded'

The project puts forth an alternative approach to American history...

I have spoken to my children about this. They know to tell my wife and I if they hear ANY of this horsesh$t from their teachers. Living in Texas, can be a blessing, but they are infiltrating here as well.

Keep a watchful eye out for this propagandist BULLSH#T. When will this end??

A Federal list of "approved" books is a two edged sword, though. It looks good right now, but how about when a Dimowit gets in power? The Feds have screwed up the educational system ever since the Department of Education was created, under LBJ I believe, and something like that would further screw it up. The big trick is to get the Libs out of the education system or at least get it balanced again with equal numbers of Conservatives/Constitutionalists versus the one sided, Socialist, bent it has today.

In Texas school books are approved by the state Texas board of education. A book is approved for about 6 years. The public can comment n the books before they are approved by the state. As Texas is a large purchaser of text books, a number of smaller states use the list. This keeps the cost down.

Let's hope sanity prevails in Texas. I'm sure here in the Great Socialist State of New Jersey they'll be teaching the 1619 project in every virtual classroom tomorrow morning.

Well I don't disagree with any of that, but leaving it up to the states which most will always rather have including me have seen what states let happen... We see what the lack of balance has done in courts and with our politicians being able to make laws without any of our consent..

I guess there really is no way to hope a balance is set. I'm ready for a total take over and get back to logic and respect..

The 1619 Project is an ongoing project developed by The New York Times Magazine in 2019 which "aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of [The United States'] national narrative."[1]

Well this should be well received by the Native Americans / Original Nations...

And yes, that is exactly the bullsh#t they are pushing. Say it enough, say it over, and over and over, SAY IT LOUD, and Keep Saying It, and the Sheeple will start to believe..... That is what they are hoping for.

Can't disagree with you, but what scares me, who's going to be incharge of the 'total take over'? Far left, far right, Antifa, BLM? None look appealing to me. A nut job is a nut job. That's the problem.
