I have 2 Hiks with different firmwares (5.0.2 and 5.1.0). Every time I switch cameras, my laptop needs me to reload the plugin for that camera... very annoying! I don't think there is an available firmware upgrade for my older 30x PTZ, and I would be too afraid to try it anyway, as that camera doesn't have a hard reset if anything goes wrong. Is there a way to move these cameras into different folders or something for a fix?

This is a common issue when running two different firmware versions. One option is to use ie for one and chrome for the other. Another solution might be creating a separate windows user account. They are not elegant solutions but should work. Hopefully someone has a cleaner fix.
