I watched the whole thing. It's a must for anyone learning these NVRs. Additionally, the NVR manual you emailed to me is GOLD! I had so many questions about the NVR that were answered in the manual. You should seriously post it on your website. Thanks @EMPIRETECANDY !

Andy - by the way, I have a minor request for a future fw release. In the Live mode, the PTZ menu takes up a large potion of the screen. For those of us without any PTZ cameras, it would be great to hide that part so that we have more Live viewing space. Thanks!

I just purchased a NVR32CH-AI and it was a bit of a guessing game with several functions. I'm glad I came across this topic. Andy it would be great to have a leaflet with the NVR stating you have these videos on youtube, it will definitely help ensure people are watching those when they purchase a NVR

Exactly. I'd also want to see tutorial videos on their own channel. There are much too many functions that I am unable to use at this time.

Yes we will make a QR code and put the guide video on it. Then will be easier. We also have support email on all cameras/nvr box and our website to get fast support.
