4KH, 4K just for supporting 4K, H housing difference. It has limited bandwidth and basic function, not too much smart IR.
If just normal recording and manage the system, it will be good!

Thank you. What about HDD? does it come with one? Amazon page says HDD capacity is 10TB. Can you please confirm
