2032 light sensor

My new hikvision 2032 has a problem with light detecting.
it usually shows B&W picture even outside in midday.
soft setting can't solve the issue, reset and plant setting also can't help.
when I switch to the day mode - it is ok - colorful picture

in Auto mode it shows color picture if camera directed to the light.
I have 7 different cameras and only one this 2032 has such problem.
I mean that is real problem, I compared with other camera (2132, 2432, 2032)
could you please advice may be it is possible to adjust light sensitivity inside of camera?
or may be I need resolder the light sensor or ...

and one strange thing this problem with color is not constant. sometime (usually inside) camera works good.
but outside usually as b&w (external temperature about 0 degree).
may be I should to resolder some elements on the board?
 
from aliexpress. the seller proposed to send back camera for reparing (but it is to expensive and to long way)
 
I would try to fix it myself and order a new one from one of our reliable sellers. Either Nellys or LTS from milkisbad.
 
You have to take camera down, open it up and try pushing the robber ring around the light sensor back a little bit. I had to do this on one of my cams before. Also just talk to one of those dealers about shipping. It doesn't hurt to ask.
