2142's blacking out

I'm not sure how to explain what these cameras are doing at night, so I took a video. See below. They are blacking out and taking a few seconds to regain conscience. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks

There was a thread on this where a firmware update resolved the issue..do you have a US region camera?

I think so, serial # on one of the cams is Ds-2cd2142fwd-i20150710bbwr527893537

The firmware on the cameras is 5.3.2 and 5.3.3, which from what I am seeing on Hikvision.com is newer than the firmware they have listed for that cam. Am I missing something here? Thanks for the help

Will this firmware work for my 2T42WD-I8 4MP EXIR IP Bullet Security Camera 6mm model XC-2T42WDI8. The SN is 542181109 is that an english model? I am on a Mac and need to download 5.3.6 firmware and then put on a flash drive to then transfer to NVR (it is not connected to internet. Any suggestions or advice?
