Well I think I finally figured out the resolution reset issue anyway. It seems as though from what I have been able to read that my LTS nvr only is able to record at 3mp if the frame rate is set to 15 fps. Initially I was told to set it at 20 and that is what I kept trying to do. Once set at 15fps it sets and holds. Now maybe I can figure out the rest of the settings to enhance the performance of these cameras. Thanks to everyone who has tried to help me through this.
