Speaks to the real quality of that Chief of Police. A bad decision now being followed by a coverup attempt. To make it worse he had multiple classes and courses in handling shooter and hostage incidents. It's almost like he totally forgot everything he learned, maybe in a panic mode.

They did remember how to wrestle parents with kids getting shot up inside, to the ground, pepper spray them in the face and arrest them, though. They pretty much behaved just like a feminist social worker.....

Sebastiantombs, I have never disagreed with you...but damn if that THING even begins to resemble the ugliest woman I have ever seen in my life...and IF she was a biological woman, then she would fall into that category then. OMG THAT abomination is fugly....Whoopi is a damn SPORTS ILLUSTRATED MODEL compared to that creature feature. IMO....
