We used to have one local shop who treated all cash sales as a private sale.

The Obummer ATF got wind of that one and rolled into town for a raid.


That was a very sad day

The only time’s I buy online is if I find a old gun that is NLA.

For a “normal” gun, sure I can find it cheaper online, but by the time I have to pay the shipping, then the FFL transfer it is generally a wash from what I can buy it locally from my LGD.

In the end, I still prefer supporting my small LGD over a online store.

back in the day .. Gun Shows were the way ( and computer shows .. lol man, guess those were the "good old days" )

I have bought a few online. That was when I could not find that particular one locally.

I still go to the gun shows here. That is where I usually pick up something for me.

Alright just finished my latest toy. It’s an AR9. I pieced it all by hand and put it together in my garage. Only thing I paid someone to do is Cerakote it green. Lower is a SBR and got a suppressor on it.
Pretty fun to shoot.

I really wanted to buy the MPX but it was just too expensive. I started to build this before I heard about the Springfield Kuna. I probably would have bought that instead of building this.
This has a 5.5” barrel.
