3rd party ptz camera

I have a ds-9016hfi-st nvr,would a third party ptz camera work,with onvif or psia protocol.

I can't see why not. I have a chinese no-name ptz and it works fine just plugging it in with the default settings.
Mine also didnt have rs485 , just the ethernet and 12v power so youre stuck to using the mouse on the nvr or touchscreen on tablet/phone. (unless someone knows how to get a rs485 keyboard to work with it?)

I even plugged in an xbox controller into the usb just incase........... didnt work

This arrived the other day,and to be honest i'm really impressed with it.Very easy to set up.
Time will tell,but looks very well made too.

Do a full review of the camera, with low light night video with people motion in the video.
