I can't see why not. I have a chinese no-name ptz and it works fine just plugging it in with the default settings.
Mine also didnt have rs485 , just the ethernet and 12v power so youre stuck to using the mouse on the nvr or touchscreen on tablet/phone. (unless someone knows how to get a rs485 keyboard to work with it?)

I even plugged in an xbox controller into the usb just incase........... didnt work :p

This arrived the other day,and to be honest i'm really impressed with it.Very easy to set up.
Time will tell,but looks very well made too.

Do a full review of the camera, with low light night video with people motion in the video.
