  • Primarily a bug-fix role-up release

  • The UI3 browser interface has received several updates, including most recently a feature like the ActiveX control to allow for sound alerts to play when a camera is triggered or has motion.

  • The Status/Cameras display now includes a "key frame" FPS in addition to the general FPS value. In order for motion detection to work properly in combination with the "limit decoding" feature, the key FPS should be about 1.0, if not slightly higher. Also, a key frame is required to begin recording in direct to disc mode--so if you see a key FPS of only 0.20, this mean it could take up to 5 seconds from a trigger before recording can begin unless you are also using a pre-trigger frame buffer.
