184.108.40.206 has been good to me. Here is my performance graph for the last 24 hours. Right where I expect it. The low CPU region is with the BI console closed.
Thanks bp2008. What program can monitor the CPU usage and put it on a graph like this?

It uses windows performance monitors internally so it can graph just about anything, but it isn't easy to configure, as I never wrote any documentation or a configuration GUI for it.
220.127.116.11 has been good to me too! Low CPU numbers, stable. 5 x 3 /4 MP cams on Core i7-6700 windows server 2008r2
Actually I do each and every update when prompted and never saw the 100% cpu issue
