    4.8.2.3 has been good to me. Here is my performance graph for the last 24 hours. Right where I expect it. The low CPU region is with the BI console closed.

    bp2008/WindowsServerMonitor

    It uses windows performance monitors internally so it can graph just about anything, but it isn't easy to configure, as I never wrote any documentation or a configuration GUI for it.

    4.8.2.3 has been good to me too! Low CPU numbers, stable. 5 x 3 /4 MP cams on Core i7-6700 windows server 2008r2
    Actually I do each and every update when prompted and never saw the 100% cpu issue
