I have a paid support with BI, so maybe I'll log an official support request.

Update - switching the cam from H.265 to H.264 restored video to the emailed MP4 file. However, the H.265 encoding was good for all other BI tasks - just not emailed MP4.

Rev 5.2.3.2 - emailed MP4 file still no video with H.265. Video is good with H.264, BUT there is a 5-6 sec sync diff between video & audio.
Viewing the recorded event thru Alerts tab, sync is good. Only off on the emailed MP4.

Confirmed, K-Lite codec pack is installed. I did however update to the latest rev, and played back h.265 test videos with no problem.
