I'm looking for recommendations on good doorbell cameras.

How's being your experiences with that?

Hi Technet,

There is a new one from LTS / Hikvision / LaView which is discussed here, so look for that.

So far, from what I have been reading - there really isn't many good options. Dahua has some "villa stations" - intercom cameras - however everything seems to be still a generation or 2 away from what I would expect to be good enough.

Right now I have put a dahua mini-wedge by my front door - and that is working well as a security camera, but would like to augment that with a PoE doorbell / intercom.

I wouldn't really recommend it. It's designed as more of an intercom than a security video camera, and it doesn't do either nearly as well as it should, especially not for the price. :(
