A trigger results in 3 or 4 false alarms

Hey,

somehow, I've been experiencing an issue recently where a trigger is causing 3 or 4 false alarms. This, in turn, leads to 3 or 4 entries, as seen in the attachment. These entries persist even after a database repair.
I'm using the current BI version. What am I doing wrong?

My mistake... I'm not entirely up to date. Could it be that the new version provides a solution?
