Alarm Output on Hikvision NVR... How to connect to siren/light???

I will not put at risk my main device, but use instead a separate relay to trigger the siren. Since most sirens are 12 volts, the nvr relay output will only complete the circuit to activate the coil (say a 12V automotive relay), while the secondary relay will handle the extra load (siren)
 
Don't know what outdoor siren you are using. You should see tech spec of your siren for power.

If you use 12V-2A you can triger siren via DVR/NVR.

+ from power goes directly to siren + , - from power go to COM and Output from DVR/NVR goes to - on siren. That should work.
