Alerts are saving but not showing up in Windows directory

So I recently swapped a HDD that was in my BI pc. I temporarily had to unplug the purple drive that I used for BI. Once the new drive was in and BI drive was hooked back up, it appears to be recording live and storing that video perfectly. However, my alerts are only showing up in the client. I am able to double click them and play, and also go to folder, but the folder is empty (according to windows). I have tried restarting the BI service, and re-formatting the drive with no luck.

Any other thoughts on this?

The alerts folder will always be empty unless you save high-resolution alert images which is a waste, alerts are just pointers to clips.

Ok, thanks. I don't know why, but I was thinking I should see them. But knowing this, I believe everything is good. Thanks for the quick reply and the help!
