something strange is happening.. When I click on the alert thumbnail sometimes the view that comes up is live view and not the alert view. Seems to happen randomly. Any ideas?

What version of BI are you using?

I'm assuming since this is in the iOS forum, you are talking about the iOS app? If so, it is likely a bug in that app and not related to the installed BI (server) version.
