Reminds me of the movie 'The Man With One Red Shoe'. I used the name Juan Redshu in a chat room for a while.
 
It amazes me how people will stop dead nuts in the middle of a street or road, get out, leave their door wide open and do whatever it is they need to do....even at night.....and when you drive up and stop they look at you like you have 2 heads....:facepalm::wtf:

Sadly, it is natural progression to now do it while driving. They are quietly programmed into the practice at the grocery stores, wholesale warehouses, walfarts's, etc. Stopping in the middle of the aisle to go look at a product, or talk to others. For insurance purposes I merely wait (often times laying on the horn) when I am driving. At the stores, after a silent 10 second count, I move the cart the store lets them use... sometimes by hand, sometimes the cart I am using moves the other cart
