Was that video taken with the Amcrest camera? The one you just bought? The date in the video is Jan 2017. Lots of ambient light - I don't know if that's really a good test of a starvis sensor or if you'd really need one in that situation. PZT is nice, so is zoom, but what use is it really for 24/7 unattended security / motion detection?

The Amcrest camera I noted, should basically be the same - or nearly the same camera, and thus similar results.

There are pricier PTZs which have more features, so do feel free to see the various PTZ reviews by members here.

If you look at the description at youtube - you will see the model number of the camera used in the youtube video

It is a very nice camera with good performance, and definitely a very nice deal if you get the Amcrest version at $270 w/the mount
