Several cars had to drive around this person as they stagger down the street. One vehicle even makes a u-turn to avoid them.

Drunk or drugs? Were the police ever called or is this after the fact?
We had a guy near us, major arterial road into a city, Saturday afternoon, spaced out on spice, decided to crawl up the white line in the middle of the road on all fours and when I say this is a busy road, I mean busy road!

This was after the fact. Also captured about 30 minutes later was a first responder vehicle with lights flashing headed down the same street this person was last seen headed. There is a known halfway house located a few blocks down the same street. Don't know if this was related to this person.
