I have seen this camera used a few times at a decent price and i don't know when it was first released but it's still listed on hikvision.com

What is the decent price that you saw? Looking at this camera myself. One of my DS-2DF8236I-AEL died after 7 years. These retailed for $3500 but I got two open box units from an authorized USA Hikvision dealer for $1100 each. Verified US product with Hikvision US support.

This camera looks like one of two current models that would be a suitable replacement.
