Any opinions on the DS-2SF8C442MXG-ELW/26?

What is the decent price that you saw? Looking at this camera myself. One of my DS-2DF8236I-AEL died after 7 years. These retailed for $3500 but I got two open box units from an authorized USA Hikvision dealer for $1100 each. Verified US product with Hikvision US support.
This camera looks like one of two current models that would be a suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, the global version doesn't come with a USA warranty and isn't available from USA distributors.
Also, the panoramic camera sensor is significantly smaller on the G1. Supposedly they compensate for this with improved AI processing. I'd rather have the larger sensor. Still, I'd really like the object pocessing of the G1. Doesn't seem it's actually available anywhere yet.

Would really be awesome to hear some feedback from anyone who has either of these cameras. I can't find a single report from any user anywhere in any community setting that has claimed to have ever bought this camera.
The DS-2SF8C442MXG arrived today. I gave up trying to acquire the updated DS-2SF8C442MXG1. There were no legitimate sources that have the camera and the shady ones were still saying 60 to 90 days lead time. I'm not convinced it has actually shipped. There's not a single review or discussion from any source on the G1. The BH Photo price after subtracting the almost 10% discount from Payboo was far less than any other source for the G and bh photo was the only authorized dealer as well as being the least expensive.
