Anyone heard of DS-2CD2132F-IS Original English Version V5.3.0 Multi Language?

I'm new to security camera thing.
I'm currently looking at Aliexpress for original english version DS-2CD2132F-IS as I can't afford the north american retail price. I found at Aliexpress that says DS-2CD2132F-IS Original English Version V5.3.0 Multi Language with CCWR Serial. Seller confirmed that it's original english version and multi-language at the same time. I'm a bit worried about this DS-2CD2132F-IS Original English Version V5.3.0 and Multi Language as well. Is this really original english version and not just chinese version with english firmware? As I've read so many bad experiences with multi-language.

If confirmed it has CCWR then it's the same as the US region camera.

Follow-up question... I noticed from reading some of the topics, DS-2CD2132F-IS is hardly being mentioned, many are looking at DS-2CD2142FWD-IS. Do you think I should buy DS-2CD2142FWD-IS? Is DS-2CD2132F-IS no longer good?

Everyone wants the latest and greatest, plus the 4MP model is reported to have slightly better low light performance. I am very happy with my DS-2CD2132F-IS, it performs exactly as it did when I got it 6 months ago. I was very satisfied then, and I am still satisfied.

I still go for the 3mp over 4mp camera's, still a very good solid built camera.
