Thinking about getting a couple of these but cannot find out how to contact seller for information.

I have cat6 run powerd poe so that doesn't look like a issue but I want to record to SD card, play back and delete recording from my laptop using windows 10 was wounding if their is software included for that?

I have no recorder

Not included as such, you just download the latest version for your OS and point it to the camera ip
Not 100% sure on Dahua, but on Hikvision there is no option to delete recordings, the card merely overwrites, or you reformat
