Just found this site and am trying to take in as much as I can. In the planning stages and the NVR may have to go in a bedroom. Is this a bad idea, noise-wise? Are the NVRs without integrated POE ports quieter? I'd like an 8 channel nvr and am unsure of which way to go. Any input will be much appreciated.

I have a LTS with 8 port poe and its quieter than my older eyesurv or dahua based nvr that doesn't have poe
My Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P is quite, I have it on my bedroom. This is why Im scared to upgrade to a 8 or 16 POE NVR
