Audio talk to Hikvision RTSP cameras

OK, can't figure out how to set it up on my DS-2CD2432F-I(W).

Make sure you have the proper camera selected from the dropdown ( not just a standard hikvision ) and that audio is enabled in the camera options.

Humm, I am on Hikvision DS-2CD RSTP and audio enabled... still the talk button is grey.

Are you trying using your pc or mobile app? If pc, make sure audio capture hardware is enable, options>audio and select the proper mic...

lol @ myself... the mic was not plugged in lol Working on the app but very low in volume, ill have to check the cam settings...

Did not had the chance to try the mic on pc, but with the app, can't hear me speaking trough the speakers. IOS app.

Yes, that I know, my goal is to speak to the camera speakers, and now it is not working (with app)

guys, i'm having a similar problem, but I use the mobile app to talk to it.... when I talk to the 2432, it's coming through my desktop speakers. It does the same thing for my Geeya 801c...

any ideas?
