Auto tracking with PTZ1A225-HNR-GB

Ok, likely another dumb question due my improper setup. I’ve changed stuff a few times and checked and nothing stands out to me, so my apologies for my ignorance.
The PTZ camera is moving to the zone I want via the spotter triggering it and is tracking things as expected. But for whatever reason it’s not confirming anything for alerts. The spotter camera confirms and generates an alert as expected. Anyone able to point out my mistake. This is all the PTZ settings.
