At one point towards the end I thought she was looking right at your camera. Looks like he called for service and she came over and served him for the negotiated price. 
I would say a tinder date that worked well.

When he first walked to the corner I thought he was looking for a ride share vehicle. I think you are right, they were using a dating app and decided to hook up on the corner.
I have seen it at our office. It is a cross roads, and they come from the parking lots, meet up at the corner or at the credit union,
then head to a vehicle for about 10-15 min, and gone again.
Upon departure: a hug? No kiss? He's like "meh....."

She definitely spotted the camera at the end of their "workout" because she kept staring at it inquisitively ... probably wondering whether it recorded their activity.
She definitely saw the camera. You can see her expression change. It goes from one of having no cares in the world to one that seems to say "I just died a little inside".

I agree with others about postings from @lulu5kamz. He captures some real doozies.
