I have had it with xfinity comcast. I would like to go to a 5G internet service. I currently use OpenVPN on my ASUS router. What is the best 5G service that will support inbound connections.

All 5G home internet services should support inbound connections on IPv6. I'm not sure if Asus routers support IPv6 listening for their VPN servers...
If you want IPv4 inbound, it will most likely cost extra monthly if it is available at all, and I couldn't say who makes it available. I'd recommend just going with whichever service has the best price/performance (which likely requires a trial run), and then use Tailscale or Zerotier as a peer-to-peer VPN service that doesn't require IPv4 inbound access.
