Best Camera for detailed images at night

Hey guys I am looking for a camera that gives the clearest detail at night. Preferably at a distance of around 30 feet when people are moving. The camera I have now does a pretty good job, but would like something that has a clearer image during movement. About the distance of the red box in this picture.

You need two cameras - this one for overview and you need an optical zoom camera to that point. Something like the 5442-ZE or 5442-Z4E.

The reason why I said two cameras is because the wide angle 2.8 or 3.6mm is good for IDENTIFY at about the 10-15 feet range.

You need more optical zoom as digital zoom only works well in TV and the movies.
