My camera magically appeared at the USPS facility in San Francisco yesterday. Finally, after waiting almost 20 days. Now it will probably take another week to make it down to Los Angeles!

Wow, so far I am impressed with the speed.
Email states:

So I need to email the seller and ask for the shipping number?

UPDATE: 5/15/2016 Still bouncing around in China. Might be getting ready for its journey to the US. Not sure. So, no longer impressed with shipping speed. :P
UPDATE: 5/17/2016 - Arrived in the US. I will see how long it take to get to me in East. TN. from Miami, FL.

Only 11 business days since you ordered and your not impressed wow you have high expectations. You realize where China is lol. If I don't get in 30 to 45 days I am not impressed at that point.

I was not impressed at that time because that was before it was even shipped. Was not sure what the package was doing except it was still in China. It could have still been being packed for all I knew because the tracking number was still drawing a blank. But now it looks like it had to been doing things at that time to now be in Miami. :) Also yes, I am full aware of where China is. I order e-cig stuff from China from time to time. This is my first "electronics" order.
 
My Link is V1 ? I prefer imporx cam, (Got ptz 2mp autotracking) but on my aliexpress link it's an poe version and ship by dhl is free.
 
Just installed one of these. How far is it supposed to pan left and right? For some reason, once mounted (using supplied hardware), it spins all the way backwards to face the wall its mounted on. However, it doesn't pan all the way to the front.

If the | symbol represents the wall and the o symbol represents the camera the camera only pans to x areas. I'll try to get a video of it soon.

Just a guess here...

There are 2 screws to secure the camera to the arm. Any chance the camera is screwed on in reverse (rotated 180 degrees)? Probably not, but worth a check.

I tried to reverse the camera but it seems that it can only be mounted one way.
 
Hi,

Does the Huisun (v1 or v2) have the option to stream with MJPEG at 1920x1080 and 30fps? I'm guessing not, but want to make sure. It seems like the sub-stream might have the ability to use MJPEG, but the resolution is unusable for me. Further, how is the spider web problem when the camera does not move for long periods of time (with the on-board IR on at night)? Can I expect the same spider web issues as with the typical bullet camera?

Lastly, for those that also have Hikvision and Dahua cameras, in addition to the typical H.264 codec, do they have the option to stream MJPEG at 1920x1080 and 30fps? Appreciate any reply.
 
huisun/imporx (v1 & v2) mini-ptz does not support mjpeg streaming directly. only h264, afaik.
maybe your NVR or BI can convert it for you?

i have noticed no spiders on my mounted v2. it does get moved around occasionally tho.
 
I have not had a single spider web on my Huisuns which I used since September but they do get moved, Longse turret on the other hand gets them occasionally.

The spiders are just trying to cover the Longse turret because it's uglier than a horse's behind. :headphones:
