Best Ip cam security camera package

I'm going to install a 4 ip camera system with dvr at my parents house and was looking to see what would be the best setup to go with at around $500?. I would prefer something with a large hdd. Let me know , thank you.

Not the best but there are occasional deals on bundles. Most recently we saw 4 cams + dvr for 300.
