I am honestly just losing it and been looking around for alternatives, I contacted Network Optix and they forwarded me to DW Spectrum and they have yet to contact me despite my numerous emails.
I am running Win 1909 latest update, latest BI 5 patch 5.2.7.12, the problem been happening for a while in previous patches too
Web Server Remote only works on LAN, no port forwarding and etc.
I do not have any anti virus
There is no issues with firewall rules and etc, its clearly has to do something with the Software
Every time Web Server remote breaks all I have to do is to remote into BI 5 server and open program itself and Web Remote starts to work and then breaks again at any point during the day. It also stops recording too.

I don't know what to do, its brand new server I ordered
