BI and IVS

As I understand it BI does all it's own motion detection and is not compatible with Dahua's IVS.
BUT if I have IVS set up on my camera as an SD will any motion specifica,ly triggered by the IVS settings still record to the sd card?

yes...it has nothing to do with BI...
there are some posts where folks get ivs to work with BI, but BI's zone crossing is significantly better.

Ok, thanks.
I am still experimenting with the BI zone crossing settings. But so far shadow \ light changes when the sum comes out of a cloud during the day still cause a lot of false triggers for me even when using 3 zones to cross. Just have to keep experimenting I guess. I read others here have good luck with it too.
