BI back to eval version?

On the tab where your support key is listed, what does it say under "Support Level"? It should have a date and time. If it states Version 5 eligible, then you can upgrade.
DO you mean "serial key" instead of "support key"? If not, then I have gone to the following tabs: Dashboard, My serial, orders, and bookings and found no "support key" tab. None of the tabs I mentioned show any "support level" either.
 
On the BI Setting page,
what is the Support Level ?
What is expires date and time ?

The tab that SY posted above. I did not post a pic since I do not have V4 anymore and was trying to not confuse you. Guess that did not work. Your V4 should look pretty much like the one posted above.
