DO you mean "serial key" instead of "support key"? If not, then I have gone to the following tabs: Dashboard, My serial, orders, and bookings and found no "support key" tab. None of the tabs I mentioned show any "support level" either.On the tab where your support key is listed, what does it say under "Support Level"? It should have a date and time. If it states Version 5 eligible, then you can upgrade.
