BI CPU utilization and number of processor cores

If you are using BI motion detection then you may need to adjust the motion detection settings now that you are using substreams. As the substream resolution is lower then some of your previous settings may be set too high for successful triggering.

The frame rate and I frame value must be the same for the main stream and the sub stream.

Not sure why the 8 MP cameras are showing 8 MP on the sub stream. Provide screen shot on the stream settings from the cameras. Not bi.

All my exterior annke cameras went into the trash do to software problems related to picture quality and data rates.

Interesting that BI is reporting the substream at 8meg. Here are the requested screenshots.

Check the settings within the video tab to see if you haven’t selected the main stream for the substream?

Also isn’t your bitrate set too low for an 8Mp cam?
