BI has no sound on live or clips playback

I no longer see an icon with sound toggle on/off at the bottom. No sound at all unless I download clips directly onto computer and play them. Any ideas?

you are streaming in jpeg mode.. there won't be any audio... Change the H. 264

Ah stupid of me, I am using firefox...but I forgot which config I have to change in browser to enable audio?

Firefox has only Jpeg modes, if i remember some settings has to be changed in Firefox config for it to work but I dont remember
