BI iOS app problem

Is anyone else having the following problem in BI iOS app?

When in all cameras cycle mode, touching any camera view will display message "signal lost, retrying" instead of maximising camera view.

Grateful for any help.

Hadn't ever tried it before but I do get the same error.

Thats because you didnt set the phone to get alerts....blue iris options>mobile devices...check the box next to your device.

Man thank you. I set BI up and let it do it’s thing with no issues months ago and forgot all about that. Thank you very much Fenderman.
