BI no PTZ on Amcrest IP2M-846B

Just installed this cam to my BI family. Everything working except any PTZ, Presets or zoom functions.

I can use camera in my browser just fine. Just BI not working.

In the cam setup, it says it uses DH-SD1 protocol. It can be switched to DH-SD3.

Any ideas please?

I just rebooted BI and now have PTZ working. Strange my other cams were working anyway.

UPDATE:

I got presets working fine now.
