Woke up one morning and it is showing over allocation even though it isnt. Its like it created a fake drive and shifted over. My second drive looks exactly the same. And i did do a database repair

what version of BI are you running.

If possible delete all the files in the BI DB folder then reboot the BI PC. You will not loose your Video files, but you will loose all the alert information.

You indicated that you have two drives but only one is showing. Assuming the "Other drive" is not the C drives.

Please provide a screen shots. full frame (use windows 10 snip & sketch tool)
1) Blue iris status (lighting bolt graph, upper left corner) clip storage tab
2) blue Iris status cameras tab
3) Blue iris settings clips and archiving tab , for the NEW folder, stored folder, alerts folder. (three screen shots)
4) on two of the camera properties the record tab.
5) blue Iris status message tab
